Michael brings over twenty years experience of executive leadership, managing large organizations and focusing on the employee and customer experience. Michael believes the bottom line can only increase with the right leadership and team in place, over the years Michael has built some of Canada best in class teams.. Since retiring in 2016, Michael has focused on giving back to others by advising many new start-ups that have become successful. Mike is also a Business Advisor member for Palliduim Canada.
